This wine shows tropical notes coupled with a subtle herbaceousness. Bright, rich tropical fruit on the smooth palate complemented by crisp, well integrated acidity.

A mix of Western Cape vineyards (Agter-Paarl 70%, the balance from Stellenbosch, Franschhoek & Elgin)
Terroir
A blend of Agter-Paarl vineyards for riper tropical notes and cooler, higher elevation vineyards in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek & Elgin for the greener, herbaceous characters.
Vinification
Reductive winemaking (minimal air/oxygen contact) preserves freshness and fruitiness.
Maturation & Oaking
Left on its lees for 3 months for a richer mouthfeel and longevity. 100% un-oaked to preserve the freshness of fruit.
